We then pre-spot the stained clothes which will help remove the stains during the cleaning process. Here at Dry Cleaners R Us, we have special machines with a specific formula to remove the stains and restore the shirt you once had. When done in the machine, we either use a shirt finisher machine or hand press the clothes. After one of our technicians examines the clothes again and makes sure any stains that still remain are removed in a process called post-spotting.

When you place a pickup order we will call or text you and see when is the best time to pick it up for you.

2. What happens when I submit my order?

For your first order, place your items in any plastic bag and include a note with your name and phone number so we’ll know the bag belongs to you. You will receive a reusable bag with your first delivery to use for your future orders.

3. How long will it take to get my order back?

It will take from 1 to 3 days.

4. Do I have to be home for a pickup order?

Only if you want to be. Or you have a couple of choices for your order:

1. Leave Outside – You leave your items for us next to your front door or any other spot that you choose to designate(in the bags we provide or your own) without ever disturbing your privacy.
2. Knock on Door – We get everything from you in person and deliver them back to you in person too. To prevent delays in getting your items back, if you are not home at the time of the delivery, we will go ahead and hang them on your doorknob instead.

5. How do I pay for my order?

6. How do I let you know my special requests?

In the bag with the clothes, you can put a note with special instructions.
